The service
Minnemelodi creates personalized songs based on the information you provide in the order form. The song is delivered as a digital audio file within 3 days.

Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe before delivery. Prices are listed on the website.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires once the digital audio file has been delivered and downloaded.

Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your song, we offer one free revision. Refunds are considered individually – contact us at post@minnemelodi.com.

Copyright
The song created is yours to use privately. You may not sell or distribute the song commercially without written permission from Minnemelodi.
